I hired Coastal Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets at my office building. It was long overdue. We gave them quite a few challenges to address (beverage stains over a year old and “slime” from my son’s visit to the office). The slime in particular was going to be difficult to remove as I’d had others attempt it unsuccessfully due to oil residue. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to return to my office the following day with it brightened, smelling cleaner and no slime stain! I couldn’t believe they were able to get out what no one else could. We won’t use anyone else again. You’ve got a customer for life. Professional, reasonably priced, who could ask for anything more?
